Pet-Friendly Accommodations
At Signature Corporate Stays, we understand that pets are part of the family. Many of our properties are pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your beloved companions along for your extended stay. Please review our pet policy carefully before booking.
Allowed
- Dogs under 50 lbs (breed restrictions may apply)
- Cats (indoor only)
- Small caged animals (fish, hamsters, etc.)
- Service animals (all properties)
Not Allowed
- Exotic animals
- Reptiles
- Farm animals
- Aggressive breed dogs (varies by property)
Pet Fees and Deposits
A non-refundable pet fee of $250-$500 per pet is required at the time of booking, depending on the property and length of stay. An additional refundable pet deposit of $300 may be required and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property at check-out.
Pet Owner Responsibilities
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Pets must be supervised at all times and should not be left unattended in the property for extended periods. All pets must be current on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.
Damage Liability
Pet owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets to the property, furnishings, or common areas. Charges for damages will be deducted from the security deposit, and additional charges may apply for extensive damage.
